There are approximately 120 couples in 22 different groups connected through this Three Strand Study.  We have created a spiritual connection through which we would like to seek the moving of the Holy Spirit for the enrichment of our marriages.   Please say a prayer for God’s blessing of the other couples who are participants.  Please consider embracing this as a daily prayer.   We believe we will witness heights and depths of God’s love together.    

We want to use this blog to share “God-sightings” related to Christian marriage.    In a recent women’s retreat setting, a group of women experienced Lectio Divina together.  Lectio Divina is an ancient spiritual practice which is simply a very careful reading of The Word where you seek God’s presence (which you will experience in your third small group gathering). As these women  were sharing their personal encounters with God regarding the particular scripture, it was electric because each one was further inspired by what was shared and the ideas cascaded.    We want to listen closely for the moving of God’s Holy Spirit by sharing our experiences through this blog.    We will limit the access to the comments to the couples in the Three Strand Cord Study, for now.   A one sentence inspiration or thought that you have may become the word that another needs to hear.   Please allow yourself to connect and to experience the fellowship that God has created among us……a deep flowing well.
